Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and nutrition, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for me is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside, at your place or mine I'll set up a plan for you.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
