My name is Chris and I became a fitness trainer because I love to move, eat, "bio-hack", and share my passion and 19 years of experience with others. While I was unaware of the term when I began my fitness journey, I have been "bio-hacking" for as long as I can remember.

My favorite client is the one who comes prepared and focused for the entire session. The one who leaves it all at the front door of the gym no matter if it's their first day or we have been training for years. Someone who does their best integrating the things they learn into general lifestyle improvements.
